The program was developed under the leadership of Zain’s Learning and Development team in collaboration with the Data Analytics and AI team, as part of a strategic framework aimed at leveraging AI technologies to improve the work environment and enhance organizational performance, especially in the areas of education and talent management.
This program utilizes advanced analysis of job descriptions and employees' learning records and compares them with global benchmarks in the telecommunications and technology sectors. The goal is to identify the essential and future skills required for each position within the company. This marks a qualitative shift from the traditional development model based on job titles to a more flexible and realistic model grounded in actual, practical skills.
Through this program, Zain aims to redefine its competency development system by designing personalized learning paths tailored to each employee’s needs, aligned with their department’s requirements and supporting the company’s strategic goals.
